We utilize the newest, cutting edge treatments for various postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, treatment does not have to last an eternity. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a series of interventions incorporating mindfulness techniques, meditation and yoga. Researched and clinically proven for anxiety and depression, the goal of MBSR is to learn skills to be in the present moment and acknowledge your feelings without having to flee, fight or fix them. Even when it seems chaos is spinning around you, you will learn how to become centered in the present moment, acknowledge your experiences and move forward.
